The hotel had lovely, spacious rooms, perfect for families, but there was a slight issue with a moldy smell in the corridors. The service was mostly pleasant, although there was an uncomfortable experience with overcharging at the restaurant. The location was excellent, especially for visiting Harry Potter studios, but the dining options could be better. The facilities were decent overall.
